Welcome to
Plan Tomorrow . . . BE Now!
Hi, I'm Michelle, your hostess for Plan Tomorrow . . . BE Now!
Planning for the future is important. We all know that. But what good is planning if you don't do? The critical word
is"DO"; you have to act; you have to "BE"; not
sometime, Now.
And here's something else to keep in mind. Our plans are
affected by our past. What we plan for our tomorrow is rooted in our
past. We're not always aware of the impact our past has on our lives and those around us.
We learn by making mistakes. We learn from our experiences. The more dramatic the experience, the
more we remember it. Why? because it involves more senses. You see it
in your mind, you hear it in your head, you remember the smells, you
feel the emotions again whether bad or good. You've heard of "dwelling in the past". That's exactly what it is. Dwelling. Living.
Which do you experience most often? the bad or the good?
It's
called focus, and here is where the real issue lies. Your subconscious focuses automatically on the things you think about.
But here's the good news. You can change what your subconscious focuses on. Not on the negative, but on the
positive; and focusing on the positive isn't always the first thing that comes to mind. and here is where the real
issue lies.
Sometimes you have to remind yourself, but it is possible. Skeptical? Stick around.
We all need to do things that help ourselves. After all, if you're not good for you, how can you be good for anyone else? if you can't help yourself, how can you help those you love? It's important to do things you enjoy; important to make each day the best it can be.
So wander around this site; help yourself to the resources I'm collecting. I'm sure you'll find some of them helpful.

Crap happens. It happens to everyone.
What's important . . . what matters . . . is how you deal with the Crap. Everyone, and I mean everyone deals with Crap successfully.
You might disagree with me, in fact, a lot of people might disagree, but that's okay.
